Hello, I'm Ashlynn.
Over a decade in real estate, and it’s still the people who make it meaningful.
Experience shaped by people.
I've been in the real estate industry for over 10 years, and looking back, it's been quite a journey.
From primary developments and secondary market transactions to overseas properties and holding multiple corporate roles within a real estate company, I've had the opportunity to experience different sides of the industry.
These experiences have given me a broader perspective on real estate, beyond just buying and selling properties. I've always enjoyed both sides of the work, whether it's meeting people and getting to know their stories, or researching the market, analysing numbers, planning strategies, and figuring out how to do things better.
But if there's one thing I love most about being in real estate, it's the people I get to meet and the lives I get to be part of.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is getting to know people beyond the transaction.
Over the years, I've seen families go through so many different stages of life, from couples looking for their first home, to welcoming their first child, and eventually looking for a bigger space as their family grows.
Some relocate, some downsize, and others are simply ready for a new chapter in life.
I think that's one of the things I love most about what I do. Getting to see families grow, watching their children grow up, and sometimes, having them come back to me when they're ready for their next move. It's a lovely feeling to know that they still think of me after all these years.
“Life is constantly changing, and our homes change with us.”
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 450 families with their property journeys. Some of my clients have become friends, while many continue to come back or introduce me to their family and friends.
Today, much of my business comes from existing clients and referrals, something I'm genuinely grateful for and never take for granted.
A neighbourhood to know deeply.
My real estate journey in Desa ParkCity began in 2023, and what started as an opportunity gradually grew into something I genuinely enjoy.
It has a lovely sense of community and a mix of people from different backgrounds. I've met so many wonderful people who call Desa ParkCity home. Some have become good friends, and I've also had the chance to help families from different parts of the world settle into a completely new environment.
It's lovely seeing them go from knowing very little about the neighbourhood to slowly finding their feet, making friends, getting to know the local culture, and feeling more at home. Even when some eventually relocate again, we still keep in touch. These are the little things that make my work so meaningful, and a big part of why I've chosen to continue building my business here.
I enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding what matters to them, and helping them work through their property decisions. I want them to feel comfortable sharing their concerns and knowing they'll get my genuine thoughts, even when that means telling someone it might not be the right time to make a move.
After more than 10 years, I'm still learning, still meeting new people, and still finding joy in what I do.
If there's one thing I hope people remember about working with me, it's not just the property we bought, sold, or rented, but how they felt throughout the journey.
And if our paths cross here in Desa ParkCity, I hope I get to hear your story too.
I'd love to hear yours.
Planning a move in Desa ParkCity, or simply exploring what comes next? I'd be happy to hear your story.
Tell me your story
